It takes about 2 minutes to get to the city center. Nearby there are parks (Chopin, Zdrojowy), the Świnoujski Amphitheater and the historic observation tower. It is an apartment in Świnoujście for people looking for peace and quiet in the spa part of the city, and at the same time it is a location that allows you to reach the most interesting in the city in a few minutes. In a short distance from the apartment there are cafes, restaurants - including the "Kurna Chata" recommended by us, promenade, beach, rope park, tennis courts, post office, sports hall, concert shell, the mentioned amphitheater, spa park, numerous bicycle paths, church .
The "Loft II" apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a tenement house, it is a modern loft-style one-room apartment with a private toilet with a shower and a separate wardrobe. The kitchenette is fully equipped, you will find all kitchen utensils just like in your own apartment. Guests have at their disposal a two-burner induction cooker, a refrigerator, a toaster and an electric kettle, an overflow coffee machine, as well as tableware and kitchenware.
The bathroom has a toilet with shower. Floor heating.
We offer a double bed (160 x 200 cm) in the sleeping apartment. The kitchen area also has a dining table and 2 chairs.
The apartment has wireless Internet. No elevator.
