Willa Nemuna - apartment nr 2

The "Nemuna 2" apartment is located 50 meters from the beach in a quiet seaside district of Świnoujście on Nowowiejskiego Street! Distance from the apartment to the sea and the promenade is only 50 meters! It takes about 12 minutes to get to the city center. It is an apartment in Świnoujście for people traveling with a larger family, expecting peace and quiet in the spa part of the city. In a short distance from the apartment there are cafes, restaurants, a promenade, a beach, a rope park, tennis courts, a post office, a sports hall, a concert shell, an amphitheater, a spa park, numerous bicycle paths, a church.
Only 30 meters away there is a promenade on Słowackiego Street, where you can admire one of the Świnoujście fountains or rent a bicycle. Within 2-3 minutes' walk you can reach numerous entertainment venues along the promenade.

"Nemuna 2" is a nice, spacious two-level apartment, decorated in a homely and classic seaside atmosphere, consisting of three rooms, a balcony and a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with a bathtub (2nd level) and a separate toilet (1st level).
The kitchenette is fully equipped, you will find all kitchen utensils just like in your own apartment. Guests have at their disposal a 4-burner stove, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a microwave, a toaster and an electric kettle, as well as tableware and kitchenware.
In the sleeping apartment, we offer two fold-out sofas (140cm x 200cm) and a bed in the bedroom (160 x 200cm). In the living room (level I) there is also a dining table and 4 chairs. The windows of the restaurant face the eastern side. From the living room there is an exit to a green terrace with a garden.
The apartment has wireless Internet and TV.
The "Nemuna 2" apartment is located on the ground floor of a classic and restored tenement house. No elevator.
